Position Summary

We make ML based products that predict upcoming issues in complex applications running in cloud-native, serverless or host-based environments. Products handle very high volumes of streaming data and perform complex learnings on structured and unstructured data in near real time.

Position Deliverables:

• • Develop/maintain training content roadmap for different product modules and processes.
  • Work on training delivery strategies for different product modules and processes.
  • Come up with evaluation and scoring mechanisms to assess impact of training.
  • Develop certifications/courses to attain different levels of proficiency in product and process training.
  • Develop/Maintain new training content for products and processes. And ensure that it is kept up to date with changes in product or process.
  • Develop/maintain supplementary training including reading material, assignments, lab work and exercises
  • Deliver the training content through various channels/ mediums
  • Develop different training content using tools such as training decks, documents, flow charts, videos with voice-overs, etc.
  • Develop self-paced training courses for product and process.
  • Deliver training through a classroom environment to new/existing partners/employees.
  • Execute the Train-the-Trainer plan with other trainers.

Requirement:

• • Self-driven individual with a calm demeans or and technical bent of mind with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proactive, analytical individual with strong attention to detail Tenacious problem solvers with lots of intellectual curiosity.
  • Must have the patience, persistence, and drive to share your knowledge and guide others.
