Position Summary
We make ML based products that predict upcoming issues in complex applications running in cloud-native, server less or host-based environments. Products handle very high volumes of streaming data and perform complex learnings on structured and unstructured data in near real time.
Position Deliverables:
- Attend meetings with prospects to determine technical and business requirements and ensure that all necessary information is collated prior to producing a solution.
- Present and demonstrate company’s products and technologies effectively to audiences of varied technical knowledge.
- Provide technical solutions in a professional manner and to agreed timeframes.
- Create internal design configuration documentation including architectures diagrams with technical explanations.
- Write technical specifications for extensions to fill solution gaps via product APIs.
- Work with Product Managers to provide feedback on solution gaps with current products and provide input on new features, or ideas for new products.
- Ability to understand business drivers and risks involved to the customer and to the company.
- Structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients.
- Assume responsibility for running a bid team, when relevant.
- Interface with the implementation / project team, articulating customer requirement, to ensure smooth transition from Sales to Delivery.
- Provide pre-sales training, guidance, and assistance as required to enable channel partners.
- Conduct workshops with existing customers to collect feedbacks and provide the same with Product team.
- Get the right people from Product teams to ensure that the customer success.
- Should have worked as presales for selling enterprise monitoring tools
